Shelly was born and raised in Canada. She spent her career with the Federal Government of Canada in the field of rights and resource management. She moved to the island in 2018 and has never looked back!

Shelly is married to a retired Air Force pilot and is well versed in relocations and the challenges of transitioning and integrating into new cultures. She has embraced life on the island and is happy to share all the tricks she has learned. As a diving enthusiast, triathlete and mother of twin boys, her network is growing every day.
