THE USAGE OF THE RIGHT OF FIRST PURCHASE
Did you know you can use the right of first purchase?
The right of first purchase requires the seller of the property to offer the property to a rightful buyer but only on the moment the seller wants to sell. You can become a rightful buyer when for example you are renting a house, and in the contract it is stated that when the seller wants to sell, they must offer it to you first before putting it on the market.
When the rightful buyer doesn’t want to use the proposition, this must be confirmed in writing. After that the seller is free to offer the property to others under the same conditions.
