Appraisals & Valuations

Would you like to know the value of your property, for selling / insurance purposes or just to feed your curiosity? Century21 takes care of all your appraisals!

Our property appraiser graduated in 1996 as legal appraiser and real estate broker in the Netherlands. For several years she has worked as a freelance broker/appraiser and was involved in a major appraisal project for the Dutch government. In 2000 she did the aptitude test before the Chamber of Commerce and was sworn by the court in Breda, the Netherlands.

For several years now, she has been certified appraiser at the VastgoedCert Foundation. Because of her years of experience we can offer you an accurate appraisal. Our appraisals were subject to various tests with good results and are therefore accepted by all banks.

Appraisal Fees:

We offer appraisals at competitive prices; in addition, we ensure a rapid settlement. We can offer concise appraisals and extended appraisals. The prices for standard extended appraisals for a private property are starting at Nafl 500,-
For other properties we have adjusted rates.

  • Values from Nafl 400.000,- to Nafl 600.000,- …………. Nafl 1.000,-
  • Values from Nafl 600.000,- and up ………………………. 2‰ of the highest appraised value
